Multilingual website - is it worthy?

We developed good site - cooking and cookbooks, vast recipe database, recipes with photos. it could have version on any language. Is it worthy to invite partners to run their language versions? Pr 5 Fast making of cookbooks and magazines is possible (online engine for editing process)

But we encountered such a difficulty - it could be interesting for those involved in edition of books and magazines, but they don't have webmasters to show them remarkable advantages of this online base ) We use it successfully in our business and would have partners abroad
