online project manager

Help please,
I am looking for an online project manager-a place where freelance designers can bid on projects posted by people who need the work compleeted. However I am not far enough along, just yet, to be paying for this service. Anybody know a good site for this free service?

I am a graphic design grad with a few years experiance and I am looking to bulk up my portfolio with current work so I can take on more serious and steady work. I have one good site and one o.k. site for this kind of service. I will share my sites with you, I am just trying to be able to stop bartending and become a full-time designer.

Thank you for your time

Thanks guys, for real. I thaught we were all helping eachother to progress in this art feild so we could survive on it.
The job market is a large place, room enough for all of us. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and are best suited for different projects. Help me extend to another branch of projects so I can grow and I will help you when I can.
as I mentioned I know of two places like this that I am serching for, one is
http://www.coroflot.com/
I am listed there as ABrulia or by going here:
com/public/individual_details

Feal free to leave feedback
Thanks

http://www.scriptlance.com is one that i use sometimes, but only if you can beat bids of $20 for a job that would cost $200.

Do you have a portfolio of work you have done?

If not you need to put something together to display your skills if you want to be taken seriously as a designer and show potential employers what you can do.
