thanks for the replies and the opinions. I've been in work all day so I didn't have a chance to check it.

I'll work on those colours and let you know once we've changed them.

as regards the advertising, we're poor scousers and needed a forum which we didn't have to pay for. once we're famous designers we'll sort that once out.

There are lots of free forums - www.phpbb.com and invision board being the two best ones.

Hey cheers for ur opinions about the site.
We wish we could stop the pop-ups on board, but it's a free site so...meh.
I dunno, maybe we should change it to another forum provider that's ad-free.
But that would be a lot of faffing around, informing everyone again and things!

I'm sorting the glary colours out... so try it again sometime.

I'm not really a web designer, and although I would like everything to be as sleek, cool and orignal as possible, the main aim is just to get people going and to start an online community.

I would also like Non-Designers AS WELL as Designers, just to see there opinions.
I like that innocence too.

I'm in it for the concept. And hopefully I'll be able to make it nice and flashy as soon as I can.

Cheers again anyway.
