why do all hosting companies offer 3 packages and their posts always look like the one above?

Believe me there are no spam templates for that. The reason for this is that it is the best presentable way for hosting plans. Plus we have more than three hosting plans, I just choose to post three of them

I do not actually understand what you mean with "Another newbie host". But if you mean search engine friendly URL's, than it is because support system is integrated with Kayako E-Support script and there was no point to make it search engine friendly with mod rewrite

Our website was created by our designers and it is unique site design. I also can assure you that it was not bought from websites like templatemonster.com . CMS engine for website was also written by our programmers and we have been in this business for two years so I have no idea why you say that we are "Another newbie host "

Umm, no - I mean

and

Does YOUR HOST offer phone support?
from your support knowledgebase.

I find it hard to believe that you have been in the business for two years when a simple whois shows: Creation date: 18 Mar 2004 11:05:48

Also - learn how to configure DNS and you might be on your way to calling yourself a host.

He He, thanks for that. Recently we hired some new support staff and I forgot to control their work. Thanks again, you just did me a favour

Well, it is because we changed our domain name to something more appropriate. Our old domain name was v6.cz

Again, I did not understand what you mean with "learn how to configure DNS".

Our control panel Plesk acctually handles all this stoff for Us so we do not need to do this manually
