We are a medium sized incorporation services company which has been online for 3 years. We specialize in the formation of business entities across the United States. We are looking for a graphic designer to redesign the current site while maintaining the the underlying structure and programming. It is important for the designer to note that this is the first phase of a two phase project and must be able to conceptualize and leave room for the addition of a substantial amount of additional/new content that will be provided in the second phase.

The site is PHP/MySQL driven site with javascript forms, and it is important the redesign integrate properly with the existing web programming. We will provide FTP access to a copy of the current site. Strong CSS and graphics design skills are a must. We want the site to be clean and professional, yet with a modern feel. The pages must not be too "heavy" - must be quick and responsive and fast to download individual A site to use as a guide (but only a guide) for design paradigms (fonts, colors, look, etc.) would be intellicontact.com, however the layout would need to integrate well with the current layout, although we are open to some variations and suggestion to the overall layout layout.

We would like to be presented with three variations from which to choose. The site has 75+ pages, many with duplicate content, but only about 6 different design variations on the main design theme. After this initial graphic redesign is done, there will be more ongoing work, including some AJAX and FLASH, and additional content, and the winning bidder would get priority for this work.
