Ecommerce Site Design Job
Hello, I am in the process of creating an ecommerce site for a new company I am forming. It is going to be primarily selling tools, bits, and attachments. I want the site to have clean lines, look nice, and draw attention. It will need a shopping cart(i guess one precoded will be fine if it is secure). I believe I will need a security feature on the site to prevent hacking. It will be built from scratch so I need a design as well as all of the coding and scripting. How much am I looking at for this project(USD) ? Is there anyone up for the job that has a portfolio and is qualified?-- I want it to be artist but i need it to have rock solid performance for a decent price. Thank You, Squashky |

Take a look at www.cubecart.com You can pay for them to install it for you, then buy a template (or get one created from a design), then you can add your products, chose methods of payment, then go from there. Should hopefully cost you less than £500 in all. If you want someone else decent to do it all for you, you are looking for at least £3000 depending on the full scope of the project. If you are in the UK, talk to the Business Link, there are government grants available to sponsor the building of websites for registered companies depending on your area. |

You'll only have what you'll pay for. When it's about ecommerce, cheap is never a good solution. Hosting must be choosen with care, and remember that the person that does the job has the key of the cookie jar. //edited for misstype. sorry. As far as the templete goes, I am looking for a more professional look. I want the web page to stand out and also be very stable/customized. It needs to have a solid base so i can grow it with the company. I don't think 3000 is a minimum, that seems too high. **Sry for the re-post wasn't sure which area would be better ***I understand you get what you pay for. I am planning to pay for the website to be done right. I don't need a 3000 one but i want a happy medium. quality with reasonable costs. It will always be a work in progress because i will most likely add on to it when it is successful. Thanks for the posts and PMs. This offer is still OPEN. |

Wrong that seems too low. Fonts are like cologne: A bad choice speaks louder than a good one. Justin Feinstein
