I dont want to be mean (helll, not like I've been here long or know a huge amount about design).. but I would suggest you fix your own website before offering your services to anyone else. Most of the content jumps outside of what appears to be its designated area (Firefox - seems to be ok in IE) both to the right and on the bottom. That and the fact that a lot of your previous websites are offline, you should probably provide a screenshot of each design (something I personally have not done on my own website.. :|)..

anyway, just thought that might be helpful.
