I wish I could say it's an improvement... But:
- first you really need to buy a decent domain/host. It's like 30 USD for a full year, domain included
- you're an artistically-inclined person. Look at your website (as if it wasn't yours) and tell me you honestly like it. tell me that if you were to do a painting you would only use that ugly gray and purple... I mean I see your paintings are full of vibrant colors. Why would you want to make your site ugly?
- as to what coding is concerned, it's a common practice to give your design to someone who knows how to code. Consider that as well.

C'mon let's see some beautiful colors in the next design. You may want to check this site to see color schemes the oters have used.
