The first one is a bit average. Okay but not 'Great Design'. The second one I quite like but the arial typeface doesn't really suit the rest of the site to my mind. Did you notice that on the Kev Adamson one he's published his hourly rate. Doesn't leave much room to maneouver (sp?) that - only way from there is down.
