What are the advantages apart form the obvious cost difference? I know that the integration with illustrator and Photoshop is great - PDF writer is better and proof printing outputs EPS's perfectly. but what else? What are the drawbacks - is there any (apart from getting to know new software) - have you found that most printers are happy with indesign?

Seems all printers accept/prefer PDF's these days and it's where we are headed, but wanted some informed opinions off you lot.
