Very true.
Also having a shitty problem with them at the moment. My site was hosted on a free 3 year account (they had a promotion 2 years ago) that belonged to a friend - he just gave user/pass and I used it.
We have been trying for WEEKS to get it cancelled as neither of us are using it. You have to print some dumbfuck form, fill it out, sign it, fax/mail it to them and wait until such and such.
It's fucking obnoxious. Should be able to cancel online almost instantly.
