had a look at the disc... it's a fairly old thing: 1995. It comes from 'Aztech New Media Corp. Stock Image Library' and the volume is called 'Bodyshots'.
Includes 329 images in 5 different file formats (greyscale... rgb... .ai clipping path -quite usefull actually).
There is no web address but there is a physical one...
