If you want to make decent websites stay away from frontpage, HOwever if you are just messing around and dont really take things serious, frontpage is very easy to use....it is set in the same style as all other microsoft office software. Never used it myself, dont intend to in this life or the next but its a start if your just wanting to make the very basic of websites...that dont work
