Well, it seems really cluttered to me, and I wouldn't do the entire thing in Flash because it takes too long to load. The body itself doesn't seem to "flashy" so you should just have that as HTML. You should also make it resolution safe or give it a border. Since it's a light color on white, it is really easy to see where the design stops and where whitespace begins.
