Not having much luck with Datagate either... arrghhhh!
Support is slow. it's one of those scnearios where you get quick replies that of problems that haven't been fully investigated. The end result being that one has to escalte issues to get them to have a proper look.
Because of this I haven't been able to get proper site stats and are left without a email as I switch from POP to MS Exchange.
I just want to cry
