2Advanced welcomes ActaDivina and Second Chapter Customers.

2A recognizes the valuable contribution Justin Bauer and his company ActaDivina and Second Chapter have provided to the community over the years, both as a service provider and sponsor to the design community, and we would like to continue to extend those services to those of you affected by the recent attack on their network.

Following the announcement of the attack, 2Advanced immediately contacted Justin to offer our assistance. We have partnered with NI Solutions for their expertise in server security and will be working with AD engineers and technicians over the weekend to help them diagnose, repair and recover the data contained on the server that was attacked and store it in a secure and stable location for AD customers to retrieve.

Obviously the data stored on the compromised server is extremely valuable and for some, irreplaceable, and we will do our best to recover as much data as possible and return it to the respective owner. The kernel on the server was severely damaged and we can not make any guarantees but we have some of the best techs and engineers in the industry working on the problem so we are confident that we can achieve our goals.

In addition, we are prepared to work with ActaDivina and Second Chapter Customers by providing the following services:

For ActaDivina Customers, we are offering 20% off on all of our hosting plans with a credit for those customers that prepaid for hosting at AD in the amount of their outstanding balance. In other words, if you prepaid for 1 year and have 6 months left on your contract, 2A will give you a credit for 6 months of hosting on our network in addition to the 20% off of our normal pricing.

For those of you that were sponsored through the Second Chapter program, we are offering to continue that sponsorship at 2Advanced.Net under our Complimentary Hosting program.
