The frame thing looks like some kind of domain name host masking malarky.
Your home button kicks up a 404 on every page I tried using it.
The way your buttons are sliced causes a problem, you have dead areas on some of them where there is no link. If your gonna use a table layout like this keep your buttons as self contained graphics don't merge them with your title bar.
Why is your title bar sliced up the way that it is?
Not sure about the cursor in the title bar too faint and looks like an after thought anyway.
Hows about using a complementary colour, for roll overs or something if not on the main design?
