This is the worst expirience I've ever had with a hosting company, EVER
First of all my site is accessable 50% of the time, the other 50% the server will just hang.
Secondly they recently lost all of my data and reverted to a version of my site from MAY this year and claim that they never backup, I don't understand because there's plenty of files in my directory now that i deleted over 6 months ago that have re-appeared, could some one explain this to me.
they accept that these problems are 'their fault', but refuse me a refund, even though they claim that they provide 'reliable hosting' therefore they're breaking the implied contract, right? I don't really understand this stuff, would anyone be kind enough to try and explain to me haha.
