I get most of their marketing and pos stuff well before it comes out in the shops cos there is a PR company in Dublin called Lucid Creations (started after me) and I get loads of their clients sending stuff to whoever(at)lucidcreations.co.uk when their address is actually
whoever@lucid-creations.co.uk.
I used to spent the time to reply to each saying "you've sent this to the wrong address, please add a hyphen.." then it became "WRONG ADDRESS!". Now i just delete them after a brief read
