Like the icy colour scheme.
Some of the 3D type shapes seem a bit askew and I'm not overly fond of the nav box/suround for the navigation (seems a bit haphazard - but not in a good way). The blue highlight next to your images in the "picture" section is waaaay too strong and needs toning down to fit with the rest of the site, and some of the picture links are broken.
maybe you could make the rus eng feature more obvious? I was confused there for a while, but that depends on your main target audience I guess.
Do like the overall feel of the site though, it's very... cool
