so ive been trying to eat healthy for the past month and 1/2 and its been good so far. ive replaced most of my meals with either soups or smaller servings, more fruits & veggies, and yogurts & granola bars for the end. Im a pretty big guy, about 205lbs (i think) and will start hitting up the fitness center at my college this week and the rest of this semester. My question: ive been slumped with this one and need some advice. What do you do when you are starving(really hungry) and you've stopped eating the fast food places, where would be the best place to go eat if you're away from home? My old solution was to stop by Jack in the box or McDonals, but as i've stopped eating there for a while i can't go there anymore. Ive tried Subway and Quiznos but can't afford going 3x a week. Any tips or advice?
my work schedule has really changed so now im in the office from 11-7pm then my normal 8-4pm schedule. cheers all!
