I'll give that a go -
Essentially I'd like to either use the HTML as stationary without endless pointless Word formatting (or having to change everything to one type face and size).

Send as email simply put it in as an attachment - not really the required result; something I've done wrong?

Starting to wonder if using Groupmail might not be the best solution.
