all that would be fine, apart from the disk space and the amount of databases, you want - I can't think of any that would give you that lot for that price.... have a look here:
www.hostmatters.com and look at the web hosting table, and you'll see what I mean - and I think these guys are priced very competitively...
Your best bet would be to get dedicated, or co-located hosting, but you're looking at about 300 squid a year really...
then again I might be wrong, and you'lll find a super cheap host that will sort you out, just be aware of what the customer service is like....
