Thought about using a render farm? Unless the time per frame is huge, they're very cheap.

guys, which programm is best to learn 3d ? i've done some things in LightWave, but i don't like it too much..

Cinema4D has a fairly low learning curve and a very large community of resources and tutorials. It's available on Mac and PC so that's a good thing.


On a side note, I've personally only dabbled in C4D modeling but I get the basics of it. Sadly, I don't have a ton of time to learn more but if I could, I'd try to master it then move onto Modo.

Starting to get deeper into modelling with C4D at the moment. It's definitely it's own thing (modelling) and it's gonna take a lot of practice/trial and error.

yeah Modo is supposed to be a good all-rounder.

very experienced 3D guy who's pretty much used all the 3D software recommended it to me.
