those kids' eye sockets look a little too deep and "skully". Also it might be worth sharpening up the nose outlines / corner of the mouths.
Where are the ladies arms? They just kinda disappear.
Also I find her all black legs and shoes a bit of a copout. Might be worth adding just a little detail.
