All-Flash Website w/ Flexible Dimensions

I'm in the process of redesigning my homepage. Currently, I have a bunch of SWF files embeded in HTML documents that are linked together. I know this is not the best way to do an all-flash website, so I would like to redesign it correctly. Here's the current site: Welcome to Cory Etzkorn Online

Do I even need HTML pages or can I just redirect the index page to a SWF file containing the entire site?

How can I avoid making my site's dimensions fixed and get rid of the sorrounding black background altogether? I want to do something like the VitaminWater site, so that the SWF file adjusts to the browser size (images moving and scaling accordingly). How do they do this without making images become pixelated as they expand?

I have been doing a bunch of tutorials on Kirupa.com, but none of them seemed to address this. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
