The idea behind the cube is that it will be sent to registrars along with other material so they will have something that can sit on a desk or shelf and be a visual reminder of the new tld that's on the way. That's what I'm hoping anyway. Hopefully the interaction/satisfaction of constructing the cube is enough for them not to chuck it in the bin immediately. A flyer was sure to be crumpled up and thrown in the bin or lost under a pile of papers on the desk. Probably seems like an extravagant flyer (it is I suppose). It's a 5 colour job. The orange is Pantone 021C and the rest are made from CMYK mixes. I was hesitant to use the orange for a dutch tld. Might be a cliche but I couldn't resist. The folding and cutting were done on a machine that was brought in for the job at the printers. I didn't get to see the process due to my workload and I'm a bit pissed off really as I wanted to see it and take some photos. Each cube works out at around 50 cent each I think.













Used the same colours for the folders. The printers are now using the folder as a sample to show to their clients because it's less dull and boring that the usual blues and greys they have.
