I quite like a bit of your stuff.

I would recommend getting rid of the majority of guff though, there are an awful lot of images on there. If oyullok at the good photographer sites, they only have 10-15 images per section, in about 4 or so sections.

Your stuff is good enough to populate galleries in that way while removing some of the poorer images.
