my post may not have been fully comprehensible. What I meant by it has nothing to do with the html/css is that even if you have an existing structure, doesnt mean you cant move to using a CMS for your website.
It may be easier to start from scratch with a CMS, but you can easily incorporate a CMS into an existing structure.
