Prices I now go by, but are negotiable are:

PSD site - not coded - $75
banners - around $20, but depends on size and specs.
flash header - $40
flash navigation - $30
flash header & navigation combined - $50
PSD Slicing/coding - $25 ($50 for 3)
sigs - 20
logos - $30 (1 design) $50 (3 to choose from)
I also create letterheads, business cards, and other print material.
If you need something else done that I haven't mentioned you can ask, I probably forgot to list it, or can do it anyway.
