What? It doesn't matter what size monitor resolution they use, even if they
maximize their browser window. If the front-end developer utilizes both a max-width and min-width property:value combination, then all visitors, regardless of monitor resolution and/or browser window size, will view a site/layout that fits their particular environment perfectly.
