What the friggin hell is "Web 2.0 Compliant"? Is everything I know only "Web 1.0 Compliant" because I started working on the web 10 years ago?

Oh and for CMS wise, google "Modx CMS"... probably what you're after... its full of all the ajax mod-cons.
