That's the Finnish column done. I had to leave out place names like "The Lesser Visited Outlying American Offshore Islands" because I've never heard of them. And neither has my atlas!
I also discovered that the "and" in St Kitts and Nevis is not translated as "ja". Shall have to remember that!
