Just google for "rss feed download" and you'll find quite a few - and if you don't like the first one you try, you can have another go! It's wonderful!
I had an RSS news service for a couple of months but I got rid of it because it seemed to slow my machine down at times and didn't tell me anything important or interesting which I didn't already know from other sources.
