I have finally lost the plot with my current employer. I am stuck in a dead end job (as I am sur emost of you are) who seems to love to treat other members of staff to bonuses galour except I have been on the same wage for three years. I produce better designs at home than I do at work as I am not allowed to design anythng without my boss putting his big coder thumb print on every god damn design I kick out. He wouldnt know unique or style if they came up and slapped himon the arse.
So anyway I am desperate for a company that is interested in a designer actually designing great websites for their company that would not only add to the company portfolio but also compliment their existing portfolio.
