Muxtape is pretty basic and doesn't offer any serious functionality beyond that of a playlist (and is lacking in many ways). There are a few others that have been around for some time such as nitrocorpz that look different at a superficial level but are essentially the same thing.
Can't say much else without giving it away, but I did say 'highly interactive'. Open-mindedness is required at this stage.
