hello all

i need some help in the side that i do for my sister.
the attachment have the screenshot
on the bottem off the site i have made a sponsor bar, but its not in the design of the website yet.

and thats where i need help.
i need some 1 that can made that sponsor bar in the same design ass the site, and the logos of the sponsor need to chance avery 5 seconds in to a new one.
and if u click on the sponsor logo u would go to there site.

can some one help me whit this, how long will it take then and how much will it cost if u need more info about it ask me and i tell u.
