TBH for web design not sure is that much of an advantage for LTD.
Lots of additional paperwork and you have to pay an accountant whereas for self employed the self assessment form is fairly easy to do.
If you are employing people and holding yourself out as an agency perhaps, otherwise not worth the faff?
