Just purchased Parallels and Windows XP for this very reason. I had been using browsershots, but as that can only test things visually and not if you are logged into sites it made it difficult to do complete testing.
I second Hutch's thought on Multiple IE... it was the first, and only thing, I'll be installing now that Parallels and XP are up and running.
