The earnings method does not make sense here as anyone buying it is going to do so for how high it comes up on a google search, and change the way the site earns money. Right now we sell advertising, but a buyer would do direct sales with it, we just don't want to go into that business.

I may have used the wrong wording when I said page rank of 12. If you do a search, it is the second site on the second page. It has been as high as the second site on the first page, but we have not done much with it for a while.

As to Alexa it is:
Alexa.com U.S. traffic rank: 276,934
Alexa.com link popularity: 72

I am not sure what "info presents" means.
