I've had this problem... I use the same profiles and working space in Photoshop and Illustrator but I can't get the colours the same. I can even use the eyedropper to select the colour of an object pased from Photoshop to Illustrator and it'll be a few shades off. As Illustrator and InDesign are vector programs, it seems it's something to do with the way raster and vector colours are displayed. No ideas that can help you, but I'll be keeping an eye on this thread as it's a major problem!
