I'm basically looking for a dedicated server, to resell hosting as needed - not just to resell packages (as I am at the moment).

I see that is fair enough. Pipe Ten are just starting to sell dedicated servers but are not advertising it to everyone yet as it is just being trialled to see if it is worthwhile. The shared hosting packages do offer multiple domains and sites within the accounts and that facility is quite popular but I guess it depends how much space you need and how many clients you want to host.
