Haven't seen the full size avi yet but the compressed fla looks very promissing. You said you ysed a hairdryer to melt the ice... I can recommend a blowtorch or HOT AIR GUN
very efficient for ice... I also used it for drying thick (wet) layers of latex... does the job!
