I'm not really clear on what the differences are between a dedicated server and a VPN, but I need to get one of them. I need something thats a stand alone server, that has at least 70gigs of storage space a month. I'm looking for something thats reliable as far as limited downtime, as well as something that has been around for a few years so there is less chance of the company collapsing on me.

Anywhere in Europe or the US is ok.

My company will be using this primarily for offshore storage for documents (Im in the land of the earthquake).

Does anybody have any recommendations for something like this? I'm entirely out of my element here, as like I said, I dont even know the difference between a VPN and a dedicated host (Im basically just throwing out some lingo to sound cool!) and I don't know any companies in particular.
