The polaroid filter can work wonders when you know what it can do - as you obviously know. These are all beautiful. The architecture in the last photo looks a little flat, especially on the right - try another version when the light is at a sharper angle - but the contours in the foreground are lovely.
If these were mine, I'd photoshop the contrails out of No.2.
