I am after a domain name that isn't being used and have the contact details for the owner, but I don't want to offer to buy it and be ripped off by some comedian who will literally take the money and run!
If they agree to the sale, what is the safest way of ensuring they don't get the money until I am the new registered owner? Are there specific domain name trading websites we could use which feature some sort of escrow service?
