One instance I can recall working with their tech support, every question I asked was met with "One moment while I check on that". I asked to speak to either a manager, somebody who new more, or the person that he kept running to. To which I got no where. A simple question (regarding an FTP password reset, which the control panel would not allow me to do) took a 'tech' 15 minutes of 'checking with somebody else'.
