I looked into Anole. Unfortunately, they want a per-month usage fee, where the CMS will be hosted on their servers, as opposed to letting me install it on mine for a per-license fee, which is what I'm looking for.
I don't really trust Joomla or the other open source CMSs, but thanks for the tip, Limbo, I'll be looking into Expression Engine.
