yeah i agree with Tomson, put an hourly rate in and don't start until you receive all content and I mean all.
Then I'd kick off at around £25 an hour.
I think including concepts it would take me about 3-4 days
1 day = 8hrs
4 * 8 = 32
32 * 25 = £800
but clients don't like paying more than £500
