Their ad's piss me off but I've never used them. They talk as though they know what they are talking about design wise where as imo they haven't got a danny.
Of recent annoyance is a photo with a woman using a Mac keyboard/mouse which they decided to flip horizontally without even realizing that the numpad is now on the wrong side.
They spent shitloads on advertising their templates which is detrimental to your business, (or more importantly mine
), other than that they may well be perfect hosts - no idea.
